Learn to Laugh

I have been so happy and ecstatic lately. Someone just pulled a very good prank on me last April Fools, which gave me inspiration to write this.

Note: Sometimes, I am quite curious about what tickles a person's funny bone? Mine is definitely quite easy to persuade.

But I would like to know what makes people laugh especially in bad situations.

I love to laugh. I love laughing with other people and just making a big, boisterous uproar of laughter with them. It brings me happiness and relief.

Once in a while, we need to laugh. We need to pause a moment in the midst of all the busyness of the world and take our time to laugh and to enjoy with friends and family.

We need to learn to look at the brighter side of things for every dark cloud has a silver lining.

From a snicker, to a giggle, to a chuckle, until it becomes laughter, it is so relieving. Whenever I hear laughter, I would just want to join right in because it takes the tensions away.

I love the energy and the good vibes that laughter brings. That is probably why people say that laughter is the best medicine. Because when you laugh, you feel so light, so elated and so lively and positive that you feel you can do almost anything.

Whenever we have problems, we laugh at them. No problem is too large for God. He will always keep His promise that He will never leave nor forsake us. Whenever we feel lonely, we learn to smile. Whenever blessings abound, we still laugh.

At all times, we must learn to be positive and joyful. Let us learn to laugh and feel good about ourselves. We all make mistakes, but it is okay, that is what makes us human.

"Do not take life too seriously or you will never get out of it alive," says Elbert Hubbard. Do not think about something too much. It could give you stress and you do not want that. I say, just live in the moment.

Follow what you believe in and stick to it. Do not second guess yourself. Stay strong and keep pushing onward and soon enough, you will reap what you have sown.

"I will laugh at the world. And how can I laugh when confronted with man or deed which offends me so as to bring forth my tears or my curses?

Four words I will train myself to say until they become a habit so strong that immediately they will appear in my mind whenever good humor threatens to depart from me.

These words, passed down from the ancients, will carry me through every adversity and maintain my life in balance. These four words are...

THIS TOO SHALL PASS." ~The Greatest Salesman
