A Filipino trip is usually never complete without getting to splash around and swim in the ocean and frolicking in the sand. Since the Philippines is an archipelago, there are many places to have a good, refreshing dip in the water and walking in the warm sand.
In the North, there are the famous Pagudpud beaches and shorelines of the West Philippine Sea with crystalline waters and white sands. There are also good accommodation here and nice resorts to get the full experience of being in Pagudpud, the best and probably the most expensive is Saud Beach Resort which is farthest down the road.
The good thing I noticed about Pagudpud is that it is not as congested as other beaches because it stretches far and wide so there are definitely many spots and resorts that could offer a portion of the beach. I believe that with a little more effort and support from the local government, Pagudpud would become a tourist hotspot and a thriving source of income and tourism for the region.

I believe that it would be best to take a swim during the early hours in the morning or the later hours in the afternoon because of the fresh breeze and the cool ambiance of the surroundings making it more conducive to stride along the seashore.

Here are some picturesque views of the sunset seen from the beach at Pagudpud and the nice sandy beach during these hours is perfect for taking pictures.
You can also walk on the sand without any sandals or slippers so that your feet would get massaged by the heat of the sand and in doing so, the soles of your feet would get smoother. You can also try on this on your skin and see the smoothing effect of massaging the hot sand on your body. It may also make your feet somewhat whiter in a way.
The early hours of the morning is also perfect to stroll in the beach of Pagudpud. As with many other resorts and beaches in the Philippines, you would also booths to get hennas and the rocky formation at the bottom picture is also a splendid scenery with the Bangui windmills in the background.
So that has been our stay at Pagudpud and indeed it was a nice relaxing day at the beach. You might also want to try the sandy dunes where you can take a four by four to cruise on the sand. There are also some resorts that offer rappelling and zip-lining, you might want to check those out too.
